Our Executive Principal and Staff
Our school team is committed to every student’s learning, wellbeing and sense of belonging. We work together to create a supportive and inclusive school where every child is set up for success.
Welcome from our Executive Principal and Senior Leader, Community Engagement
Yaama,
On behalf of Uncle Carl McGrady and myself, I warmly welcome you to Boggabilla Central School — a proud Connected Communities School located on Gamilaraay Country.
Our school is a place where culture, community and learning come together. We honour the wisdom of our Elders past and present, and we are committed to creating a safe and supportive environment where every student feels valued and inspired to achieve their best.
At Boggabilla Central, learning is a journey — from Foundation to Future. Our students begin with us in preschool and continue through to secondary education, building the knowledge, skills and confidence to succeed in life beyond school. Whether their path leads to further study, training or employment, we are dedicated to helping each student reach their full potential.
We live ‘The Boggabilla Way’, guided by our values of Pride, Responsibility, Respect and Safety. These values shape how we learn, work and connect as one team and one community — nurturing young people who are proud of who they are and where they come from.
Our dedicated staff are the heart of our school. They go above and beyond every day to provide quality teaching, genuine care and strong relationships that empower our students to thrive both in the classroom and beyond. Their commitment to our community and belief in every child is what makes Boggabilla Central School truly special.
We also recognise the vital role of our parents, carers and families. They are our children’s first educators and we deeply value the partnership we share. By working closely and collaboratively together, we ensure that every child is supported in a way that honours their identity, culture and aspirations building strong foundations for lifelong success.
Yaluu.
Mr Jed Peisley, Executive Principal and Uncle Carl McGrady, Senior Leader, Community Engagement of Boggabilla Central School
